for issue of writ of certiorari  dated
\n7 . 10.2009 which is irrlp_’ugne_dwa_ti <\/p>\n
3. The  that petitioners
\nNo.1 to    occupation and
\ncultivation rnade applications seeking
\nregularisation applications are yet to be<\/p>\n
considered. Itdisvlalso contended that the lands of the<\/p>\n
other two petitioners are also included in the notice and<\/p>\n
 had been provided to them before<\/p>\n
directing “the eviction from the land in question. The<\/p>\n

\nbe statedthat    true that the veracity of the<\/p>\n
pendency of theptatpplications for regularisation and the<\/p>\n
 the same is to be veri\ufb01ed by the<\/p>\n
