Thereafter, various proceedings have<br \/>\n\tbeen initiated between parties.  Therefore, let petitioner may<br \/>\n\tapproach to respondent nos. 1 and 2 District Collector, Kheda and<br \/>\n\tDistrict Collector, Anand by issuing legal notice with a request to<br \/>\n\texecute recovery certificate dated 4\/8\/1994 against respondent no. 3<br \/>\n\tand 4.
