No.11381 of 2011\n                           SURESH BAITHA, SON OF MAHENDRA BAITHA\n                                                 Versus\n                                       THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02       20.04.2011          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Admittedly, petitioner is not named in the first information<\/p>\n<p>                      report nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession.<\/p>\n<p>                      It appears that the name of this petitioner has come in this case in the<\/p>\n<p>                      confessional statement of co-accused disclosing this fact that the<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner is an active member of Naxal gang.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                      circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                      released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten<\/p>\n<p>                      Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                      of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Madhuban P.S.
