The petitioner&#039;s grievance is that in the first\n\n}\n\n\n\ninstance, the fishing rights were being granted by\nprivate negotiations. Petitioner was before this Court\n\nin WP.No.26937\/2009. This Court while \nthe ciaim of the petitioner, was of the \nfishing rights are required to tie\u00bb.\nthe tender\/pubiic auction   \nnegotiation. Indeed, this  has  ratio &#039;&#039; V\nin the case of Sri Kri.sfina,..iFish&#039;ermen&#039; Cowop\ufb01erative\nSociety Limited vs.he_  rep.\n\nby its Secretarkr   of Animal\n\nHusbarhndrif others, reported in ILR\n2009  r1859.&#039; notwithstanding such a an\n\nobseiryaetion  by: this Court, the respondents have\n\n rcorne  identicai notification at Annexure--F,\n\nHwh&#039;e--re of tender or pubiic auction, they\n\n propo.se.;to invite applications to lease the tank in\n\nVA &quot;~:if&quot;ciu&#039;e&#039;s\u00abtion for a specific period.
