The writ petition was filed with<\/p>\n<p>certain grievance with regard to payment of bill amounts due to<\/p>\n<p>the writ petitioner.   By judgment dated 10.08.2007, the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition was disposed of relegating the petitioner to workout the<\/p>\n<p>grievance if any left before the Government or the Civil Court. It<\/p>\n<p>is submitted that even the admitted bill amounts have not been<\/p>\n<p>paid.\n<\/p>\n<p>      There is no counter affidavit. Counter affidavit shall be filed<\/p>\n<p>within a period of one month from today.
