He is a native of Ernakulam District.<\/p>\n<p>He is due to retire on 30.11.2009.         He has sought for a<\/p>\n<p>posting in his native place, as evidenced by Exhibits P1 and<\/p>\n<p>P3.  Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that<\/p>\n<p>persons who are impending retirement are given the benefit<\/p>\n<p>of posting in the place of their choice.
