Respondents\n\nCoram:        Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ajay Tewari\n\nPresent:      Mr. K.S.Rekhi, Advocate\n              for the appellants.\n\n              Mr. Praveen K.Kataria, Advocate\n              for the respondents.\n                     ****\n\nAjay Tewari, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>              This appeal has been filed against the concurrent judgments of<\/p>\n<p>the Court below decreeing the suit of the respondents for possession of half<\/p>\n<p>share of land measuring 5 kanals 16 marlas.<\/p>\n<p>              Learned counsel for the respondents is not in a position to deny<\/p>\n<p>this fact.\n<\/p>\n<p>              Consequently this appeal is allowed and the judgments and<\/p>\n<p>decrees of the courts below with regard to the land mentioned in sale deed<\/p>\n<p>Ex.DW28\/1 and Jamabandi for the year 1990-91 Ex.DW28\/3 are set aside.<\/p>\n<p>              Since the main case has been decided, all the pending Civil<\/p>\n<p>Misc.
