He was treated as absent and was proceeded<br \/>\nagainst. After holding regular enquiry, the petitioner has been<br \/>\nimposed a penalty of stoppage of one increment with temporary<br \/>\neffect.\n<\/p>\n<p>            The aspect that the petitioner had submitted an<br \/>\napplication for leave was not considered is not the valid argument,<br \/>\nwhich can justify the absence of the petitioner. I am, thus, not<br \/>\ninclined to invoke extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction of this court.
