Though the complainant is serving in the Court, the<br \/>\ncomplaint has been lodged  after two days of the incident.  Taking<br \/>\ninto consideration the manner in which the incident has occurred,<br \/>\nthis application deserves to be allowed and it is hereby allowed.<br \/>\nThe applicants are ordered to be released on bail in the event of<br \/>\ntheir arrest in connection with the offences alleged against them, on<br \/>\ntheir executing a personal bond each in sum of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees<br \/>\nFive thousand only) with a surety of like amount each before the<br \/>\nconcerned Police Officer subject to the conditions that they shall, <\/p>\n<p>(a)\tco-operate<br \/>\nwith the investigation and make \thimself available for interrogation<br \/>\nwhenever and \twherever required;\n<\/p>\n<p>(b)\tshall<br \/>\nremain present at the concerned Police \tStation on 18.11.2008 between<br \/>\n9.00 a.m. to 3.00 \tp.m.\n<\/p>\n<p>(c)\tshall<br \/>\nnot hamper the investigation in any manner   \tnor shall directly or<br \/>\nindirectly make any \tinducement, threat, or promise to any person<br \/>\n\tacquainted with the facts of the case so as to \tdissuade them from<br \/>\ndisclosing such facts to the \tCourt or to any police officer;\n<\/p>\n<p>(d)\tat<br \/>\nthe time of execution of bond, furnish \ttheir residential address to<br \/>\nthe investigating \tofficer \tand the Court concerned and shall not<br \/>\n\tchange the \tresidence till the final disposal \tof the case or \ttill<br \/>\nfurther orders;\n<\/p>\n<p>(e)\tnot<br \/>\nleave India without the permission of the \tCourt and, if holding<br \/>\npassports, he shall \tsurrender the same before the trial Court within<br \/>\n\ta week;\n<\/p>\n<p>(f)\tnot<br \/>\nobstruct or hamper the police investigation \tand not play mischief<br \/>\nwith the evidence \tcollected or yet to be collected by the police;\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIt<br \/>\nwould be open to the Investigating Officer to file an application for<br \/>\nremand if he considers it proper and just; and the competent Court<br \/>\nwould decide the same on merits;\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tThis<br \/>\norder will hold good, if the applicants are released at any time<br \/>\nwithin 90 days from today. The order for release on bail will remain<br \/>\noperative only for a period of ten days from the date of their<br \/>\narrest. Thereafter, it will be open to the applicants to make a fresh<br \/>\napplication for being enlarged on bail in usual course, which, when<br \/>\nit comes up before the competent Court, will be decided in accordance<br \/>\nwith law, having regard to all the attending circumstances and the<br \/>\nmaterials available at the relevant time, without being influenced by<br \/>\nthe fact that anticipatory bail was granted.\n<\/p>\n<p>7.\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
