It is the case of the petitioner that his father Kullappa\n\nwas in possession of the iand in question as tenant. \n\nextracts from the year 1966~\u00bb67 to 1971-72 in resp-eezt  \n\nin question were in the name of Kuliajipa; \u00abK:s.1IappaV:di.edvv\n\nyear 1972. After the demise of qI\u20ac.u1Iap;45a\u00ab,A :r5etitioner..bevi'nig thre.s'on'* -'\n\ncontinued in possession and enjuoyrnent ofiands in} question.\nThough the petitioner coniinu'ed  posjsression of the lands in\nquestion as a tenant, his\ufb02narne 'Wa's._not entered in the RTC.\nAggrie\\zed\"svb3t.V'thisa;set ofqthe respoiidents in not entering the\npetitionuefsi narne  extracts he approached the\n\njurisdictionai'Tahsildarin  No.1962\/82-83 requesting to enter\n\niiisisdi The rehsiisier vide order dated 4.3.1983 directed to\n\n the petitioner in the RTC. This order of the\n\n'V Tahsiildarq dated 4.3.1983 came to be questioned before the\n\n3' }ii\\q,ssiis*t_ant Commissioner in Appeal No.20\/83-84 and the same\n\n\"  eeme to be dismissed vide order dated 19.3.1984 con\ufb01rming the\n\norder of Tahsildar. Further the second appeai \ufb02ied by the first\n\nrs:\ns'f\u00b0';2;'V\n\n\n\ncultivating the lands in question. It is not in dispute that in the\n\nyear 1972 petitioner's father Kullappa died. \n\nthe RTC extracts reflect as blanl&lt;..:The\u00e9ordervVl&#039;ofl--l;&#039;1fahsilldari&#039;,atl&#039;\n\nAnnexure-B, the order of Assistant&quot;--_Conr1nriissioner &quot;\n\nAnnexure--C and the order   as per\nAnnexurewl) makes it&#039;   naihellicame to be\nentered in the ETC e)\u00e9ure.--B, C and D specifies the entry of petitioner's name in\n\n th\"e,RTC extracts. The Tribunal committed mistake in not\n\nconsidering the fact that under what circumstances the name of\n\nthe petitioner was not entered in the RTC extracts during the\n\nwheat'\n\n\n\norder is liable to be quashed.
