No.1069 of 2007\n                     -------------------------------------\n             Dated this the 21st day of August, 2008\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner had come to this Court complaining about issue<\/p>\n<p>of non bailable warrants by the learned Magistrate to procure<\/p>\n<p>his presence. The petitioner faced allegations, inter alia, under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 427 and 332 I.P.C. All offences are bailable and this<\/p>\n<p>Court, by order dated 02.04.07, issued interim directions in<\/p>\n<p>favour of the petitioner.      The petitioner appeared before the<\/p>\n<p>learned Magistrate in pursuance of the interim directions. He<\/p>\n<p>was enlarged on bail.        Evidently the petitioner is not now<\/p>\n<p>interested in seeking any further relief in this petition. A<\/p>\n<p>contention was raised whether the court is justified in issuing a<\/p>\n<p>warrant describing the same to be a non bailable warrant. But<\/p>\n<p>though the matter has been posted on several occasions, no<\/p>\n<p>further arguments have been advanced. I am satisfied, in these<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, that the petitioner having already been enlarged<\/p>\n<p>on bail as seen from the report of the learned Magistrate dated<\/p>\n<p>09.04.07, no further directions are necessary in this Crl.M.C.<\/p>\n<p>     2.
