Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :15\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ================\n                   W.P.(C) NO. 35749 OF 2010\n                =====================\n\n         Dated this the 15th day of December, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     According to the petitioners, they submitted Exts.P6 and P7<\/p>\n<p>before the 3rd respondent seeking         assignment of the land<\/p>\n<p>mentioned therein. The complaint of the petitioners is that<\/p>\n<p>despite having made the aforesaid applications, which are dated<\/p>\n<p>14\/10\/2004 and 15\/2\/2006, orders have not been passed. It is on<\/p>\n<p>this basis, the writ petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Taking note of the above averments in the writ petition and<\/p>\n<p>without expressing anything on the merits of the claim raised, the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition will stand disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider the aforesaid applications, if such applications have been<\/p>\n<p>received and are pending.
