The applicant<br \/>\nhas prayed that her husband be released on temporary bail for a<br \/>\nperiod of 30 days so as to enable her to get treated for her ailment,<br \/>\nwhich, the Doctors are of the opinion that, is on account of improper<br \/>\nfunctioning of thyroid.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p> Mr.Kartik Pandya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tLearned<br \/>\nAPP made available for perusal the jail remarks.  The convict has<br \/>\nenjoyed one temporary bail in the month of December 2010.  He has<br \/>\nalso enjoyed two furloughs and every time, he has surrendered in<br \/>\ntime.  By now, he has undergone 5 years, 6 months and 7 days as on<br \/>\n14.04.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tFor<br \/>\nthe contents of the application, the same is allowed.
