  ‘eocfVi\u00a7ie:\u00a7.ti:on” ofciiertain lands by the KIADB. Mangaioro, for the<\/p>\n
piurc-ose~ ofiesitablishment of NPCL, in the said area where are<\/p>\n
 \u00a5ands”..V__e~re acquired. in this connection, when an<\/p>\n
.4\\drri’inistrative Office seems to have been set up by the<\/p>\n
V’   i%3PCL, some complaint came to be iodged by the Panchayath<\/p>\n
concerned, contending that the Administrative Buiiding Biocir<\/p>\n
was put up on Sy.l\\io.253l5A without obtaining necessary<\/p>\n
license from the concerned Panchayath. In this counnection.<\/p>\n
there was correspondence between the Panche\u00a7ath_;V:-~.KViAQB_V<\/p>\n
and other Revenue Heads of the “–:Distri:,::fs’;V.eth-<\/p>\n
Ultimately. the concerned authority <\/p>\n
wrote a letter to the Deputy \u00abContmissicner; ‘As\u00a3\u00a7ietent”e<\/p>\n
Commissioner and Taheildar.e’el\u00a7in\u00a7_then1._n\u00a7tto ctenzolish the
\nbuilding. even if it wa$’~c’ons\u00abtructed;._irrithout euchlflicense, as
\nno such license was necee\u00a7u’a’r’y.c:;i’s:V ti1.e_:Vl’axnf;llns__’_’.rivere acquired by

\nlicense  whether such a license

occupants of the tends, therefore such protection was asked<\/p>\n

9. A careful perusal of the complaint in Cr.No.82I2005
\nwould indicate that the alleged incident or offence tookyplece<\/p>\n
on 10.8.2005 and by next afternoon, he was ab!ei..to44’rh’:e’et.;’<\/p>\n
