OF BIHAR, PATNA.\n                                                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   19.11.2010          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                 respondent State as also the Accountant General.<\/p>\n<p>                            The grievance of the petitioner is that upon his<\/p>\n<p>                 superannuation on 31st of January 2001 from the post of<\/p>\n<p>                 Village Level Worker (V.L.W) under the respondent no. 6,<\/p>\n<p>                 however, all retiral dues has not been fully paid besides<\/p>\n<p>                 the some difference of arrears of salary on account of<\/p>\n<p>                 revision of pay scale, consequently the arrears of the<\/p>\n<p>                 pension has also remained to be settled.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             After some argument, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner submits that for expeditious disposal of the<\/p>\n<p>                 grievances, petitioner proposes to represent his grievances<\/p>\n<p>                 before the respondent no. 6 with a copy to respondent nos.<\/p>\n<p>                 3 and 5.
