Justice PIUS C.KURIAKOSE\n\n Dated :24\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        PIUS.C.KURIAKOSE, J.\n                       - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                       W.P.(c).No.33930 OF 2008\n                   - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                 Dated this the 24th day of November , 2008\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The learned Government Pleader Sri.D.Anil Kumar submitted<\/p>\n<p>that as directed by this court, the petitioner has produced documents<\/p>\n<p>which will establish their title to the property under acquisition.<\/p>\n<p>Further, he submitted that the third respondent will be passing award<\/p>\n<p>forthwith. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought for time till<\/p>\n<p>Friday for verification. I am not inclined to grant time. The writ<\/p>\n<p>petition will stand disposed of issuing the following directions;<\/p>\n<p>      1)    The third respondent is directed to pass award determining<\/p>\n<p>the full compensation payable for property under acquisition<\/p>\n<p>immediately and at any rate on or before 27\/11\/2008.
