No.37093 of 2010\n                              RAMESH KUMAR HANSDA\n                                           Versus\n                                    STATE OF BIHAR\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03   10.12.2010                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                  learned P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner, namely, Ramesh Kumar Hansda is<\/p>\n<p>                  languishing in jail custody since 28.04.2010 in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                  Haweli Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 112 of 2010 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                  Sections 122, 123, 124 (A) of the I.P.C, 25(1-B) a\/26 of the<\/p>\n<p>                  Arms Act and 17 of the C.L.A. Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Admittedly, except the petitioner, none was found<\/p>\n<p>                  at the time of raid. So far as recovery of fire arms is concerned,<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner has sufficiently been punished by remaining in jail<\/p>\n<p>                  custody since 28.04.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>                  as well as submissions of the parties, above named petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  (Ramesh Kumar Hansda), is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                  furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                  like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional<\/p>\n<p>                  Sessions Judge F.T.C-III, Munger in connection with Kharagpur<\/p>\n<p>                  P.S.
