\napplicant-original accused of Sessions Case No.568 of 2002 for the
\noffence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has
\nfiled present application for parole leave through jail on the ground
\nto file appeal before the High Court.\n<\/p>\n
\tHeard
\nMr.K.L.Pandya, learned APP for the respondent State. Mr.Pandya read
\njail report and opposed present application. Therefore, he has
\ncontended that parole leave may not be granted to the present
\napplicant.\n<\/p>\n
\tFrom
\nthe contents of the application I do not find any substance in the
\ncase. Hence this application stands dismissed.\n<\/p>\n
