Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :01\/03\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                             S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n\n                      ==================\n\n                        W.P.(C).No. 4439 of 2010\n\n                      ==================\n\n                  Dated this the 1st day of March, 2010\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This writ petition is filed by the manager of an aided college<\/p>\n<p>complaining that despite request made in that regard, respondents 1<\/p>\n<p>and 4 are not nominating their representatives to take part in the<\/p>\n<p>proceedings of the selection committee for selection and appointment<\/p>\n<p>of teachers in the college. Today it is submitted that the 4th respondent<\/p>\n<p>University has already forwarded a panel of subject experts and<\/p>\n<p>District collector has already given his consent to be a member of the<\/p>\n<p>selection committee. What remains is for the 1st respondent to<\/p>\n<p>nominate the District Collector as their representative to the selection<\/p>\n<p>committee. The learned Government Pleader submits that if the<\/p>\n<p>original of the consent letter of the District Collector is produced before<\/p>\n<p>the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent can nominate him as a member<\/p>\n<p>of the selection committee as directed by this Court. As directed by<\/p>\n<p>this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioner hands over the<\/p>\n<p>original of the consent letter given by the District Collector to the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the above circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to<\/p>\n<p>nominate the District Collector as a member of the selection<\/p>\n<p>committee of the petitioner&#8217;s college for selection of teachers to the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">w.p.c.4439\/10                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>college within one week from the date of receipt of a certified copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment on the basis of the consent letter handed over to the<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader.
