Dalsingh Sarai,\n                District Samastipur.\n                                                                         ---------- Petitioners\n                                                   Versus\n                The State Of Bihar\n                                                                    -------- Opposite Party\n                                                 -------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/-   08.09.2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    All the ten petitioners apprehend their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                      Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 452, 380 and 506 of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                      Penal Code, are named accused in this case of simple assault etc.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of the case for<\/p>\n<p>                      the reasons mentioned in the order dated 26\/27-07-2011 passed by<\/p>\n<p>                      learned Sessions Judge, Samastipur in A.B.P. No. 09C of 2011, let<\/p>\n<p>                      the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest\/surrender<\/p>\n<p>                      before the court below within four weeks, be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                      furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with<\/p>\n<p>                      two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<br \/>\n            Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Dalsingh Sarai<\/p>\n<p>           P.S.
