However, the<br \/>\n\tamount could not be paid as stipulated, which has led to filing of<br \/>\n\tthe present petition. Therefore, interest of justice would be served<br \/>\n\tif necessary directions may be issued.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tthe circumstances, the petitioners shall make representation to the<br \/>\n\trespondent no.2-Collector within a period of 15 days specifically<br \/>\n\tstating about the depositing the amount, which was not deposited in<br \/>\n\ttime and condoning the same, which shall be considered<br \/>\n\tsympathetically by the respondent no.2-Collector within a period of<br \/>\n\tone month thereafter.\n<\/p>\n<p>With<br \/>\n\tthese observations and directions, the present petition stands<br \/>\n\tdisposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>(RAJESH<br \/>\nH.SHUKLA, J.)<\/p>\n<p>\/patil<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Valdas vs State on 10 May, 2011 Author: Rajesh H.Shukla,&amp;Nbsp;
