Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n
           Review petitioner is the appellant.          The appeal was<\/p>\n
disposed of by a common judgment dated 20.2.2007 in<\/p>\n
W.A.343\/2007 and connected cases. As a matter of fact, and it is<\/p>\n
not in dispute also, the subject matter of the present appeal had<\/p>\n
nothing to do with the common judgment.                  The same was<\/p>\n
included in the common judgment only due to an inadvertent<\/p>\n
mistake. Therefore, we allow the review petition and recall the<\/p>\n
judgment in W.A.410 of 2007.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
