Madan Gopal Rungta,<br \/>\nAIR<\/a> 1952 SC 12, wherein<br \/>\nthe Apex Court has held that the interim relief should not be granted<br \/>\nwhere the Court is not deciding rights of the parties and is sending<br \/>\nthe matter back to the authority for fresh decision, the appellant is<br \/>\nentitled for interim relief.\n<\/p>\n<p>    Until  further orders, directions given by the learned Single<br \/>\nJudge in paragraph: 5(c) of judgment dated 16.06.2011 in Special<br \/>\nCivil Application<br \/>\nNo.7113 of 2011 shall remain stayed.
