Jindal<\/p>\n<p>Present:    Mr. Rajiv Kwatra, Sr. DAG, Haryana for the appellants.\n<\/p>\n<p>A.N. Jindal, J<br \/>\n            State has filed an appeal against the award dated 11.10.1986<br \/>\nwhereby the claim petition filed by the petitioner-respondent (herein<br \/>\nreferred as the respondent) was allowed and he was awarded a sum of<br \/>\nRs.42000\/- on account of the injuries suffered by him in a motor vehicle<br \/>\naccident. Out of which, on account of contributory negligence, the State<br \/>\nwas held responsible to pay Rs.21000\/-.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Aggrieved by this judgment, the State has come in appeal. As<br \/>\nregards the negligence, it could not be ascertained as to who caused the<br \/>\naccident, therefore, the Tribunal held both the vehicles responsible on<br \/>\naccount of contributory negligence.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Having scrutinized the impugned award, no fault could be<br \/>\nfound with the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<pre>July 29, 2009                                         (A.N.
