This writ petition has been filed by the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner challenging the order of cancellation of his Fair Price<\/p>\n<p>                    Shop License under the Public Distribution System.<\/p>\n<p>                                    3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                    against the said order he has filed an appeal under provision of<\/p>\n<p>                    Clause- 15 of Government of Bihar, Food, Supply and<\/p>\n<p>                    Commerce Department System (control) Order- 2001, which is<\/p>\n<p>                    pending before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.<\/p>\n<p>                                    4. Since the appeal has already been filed, this<\/p>\n<p>                    writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District<\/p>\n<p>                    Magistrate to decide the appeal in accordance with law<\/p>\n<p>                    including the decisions of this court in that regard<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from<\/p>\n<p>         the date of filing of the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<pre>Ranjan                                       (S.N.
