The Appellant has submitted two separate appeals, which were examined\ntogether in a hearing of both parties held on 21\/7\/2010.\n\n\n2.     In the course of hearing, the details of information asked for and the\nresponses of the CPIO and the Appellate Authority were discussed. It was finally\nagreed that the appellant would submit a fresh application for information in\nwhich he would clearly specify the desired information. And the CPIO would\nsuitably respond and furnish the information, on the basis of available records,\nwithin one month from the date of receipt of application for information from the\nappellant. While the CPIO may invoke section 8(1) and 10(1) of the Act for\ndenial of any information, the appellant would be free to approach the\nCommission again, in case, he is not satisfied with the reply of the respondents.<\/pre>\n<p>3.
