Hence, the original petitioner-appellant<br \/>\n\therein is permitted to withdraw the main Special Civil Application<br \/>\n\tNo.8438\/91 as well as MCA(for review) No.1896\/10.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the order of withdrawal of main Special Civil Application<br \/>\n\tand the interim application arising therefrom, the present Letters<br \/>\n\tPatent Appeal would also not survive.\n<\/p>\n<p>Hence,<br \/>\n\tthe appeal is disposed of accordingly.
