No.5363 of 2011\n                    Kaushal Kishore Singh son of Late Sri Ram Sharma\n                                         Versus\n                                   The State Of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>5\/   25.07.2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                    The petitioner was refused bail by order dated<\/p>\n<p>                       23.03.2010 vide Cr. Misc.
