Learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  is permitted to make correction in respect<\/p>\n<p>                  of designation of respondent no.5 in course<\/p>\n<p>                  of the day.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Heard     Shri     Pankaj        Kumar        Singh,<\/p>\n<p>                  learned   counsel      for   the     petitioner,         Shri<\/p>\n<p>                  Shashi    Bhushan,        learned     A.C.      to      G.P.15<\/p>\n<p>                  appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 and<\/p>\n<p>                  2\/State    of     Bihar     and     Shri       Mukund    Jee,<\/p>\n<p>                  learned    counsel        appearing       on    behalf     of<\/p>\n<p>                  respondent nos.3 to 6\/State Bank of India<\/p>\n<p>                  (hereinafter referred to as the Bank).<\/p>\n<p>                            The present writ petition has been<\/p>\n<p>                  filed     with     a      prayer     to        direct     the<\/p>\n<p>                  respondents\/Bank to pay arrears of Dearness<\/p>\n<p>                  Allowance over the family pension for the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        period from 19.10.1998 to 31.12.2007. It has<\/p>\n<p>        been stated that the wife of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>        was   a   Government         servant      and     after   her<\/p>\n<p>        death,    family       pension      was     fixed    by   the<\/p>\n<p>        Accountant    General        vide    P.P.O.       No.S\/98028<\/p>\n<p>        with effect from 19.10.1998.
