State of Raj. &amp; Ors.\n\nDate Of Order     ::     19\/10\/2010\n\nHon'ble Mr. Justice Ajay Rastogi \n\nMr. Kamlakar Sharma, for petitioner.\n\t\tOne of the contentions advanced by the counsel is that under sub-section 2 of section 3 of the Rajasthan Relief Undertakings (Special Provision) Act,1961 the total period the company can continue as relief undertaking in aggregate does not exceed 20 years but that too has been substituted by amendment Act 20 of 1999 w.e.f. 30.9.1999 and according to him the total period of 20 years has expired, as such company M\/s. Jaipur Metals &amp; Electrical Ltd cannot continue any further as relief undertaking under the Act of 1961. \t\t\n\t\tIssue notice of writ &amp; stay petition along with a copy of this order to the respondents as to why the petition may not be disposed of at the stage of admission, returnable by two weeks.
