Jani, learned APP waives service of Rule.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nregard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the application is<br \/>\ntaken up for hearing today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\nis an application for deletion of condition [e]  of the order dated<br \/>\n27.1.2010 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No. 170<br \/>\nof 2010 and\/or for modification of the conditions of the order dated<br \/>\n27.1.2010 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No. 170<br \/>\nof 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned counsel for both the sides, the application is<br \/>\npartly allowed. Condition no. [e] of para-5 of the  order dated<br \/>\n27.1.2010 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No. 170<br \/>\nof 2010 is modified to the effect that &#8220;the applicants shall<br \/>\nmark their presence at the concerned police station on any day of<br \/>\nevery first week of English Calendar month between 9.00 AM  and 2.00<br \/>\nPM till  the charge is framed&#8221; instead of &#8220;till<br \/>\nthe trial is over&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tSave<br \/>\nand except the aforesaid modification, no other modification is<br \/>\nprayed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplication is partly allowed. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid<br \/>\nextent.
