Joint memo of compromise filed and the same is recorded.  The suit is modified in terms of the compromise memo.  The appellants are directed to hand over possession on or before 30.4.2007 to the respondents 1 and 2. The Compromise Memo shall form part of the decree.  <\/p>\n<p>\t3.
