Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :31\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           V.GIRI, J\n                         -------------------\n                     W.P.(C).3703\/2008\n                        --------------------\n         Dated this the 31st day of January, 2008\n\n                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner applied for the post of L.D.Typist in<\/p>\n<p>response to the notification issued by the PSC on<\/p>\n<p>31.12.2005. One of the qualifications required in that<\/p>\n<p>behalf is a pass in Computer Word Processing or<\/p>\n<p>equivalent qualification. According to the petitioner, she<\/p>\n<p>had undergone a course of Microsoft Office with Word<\/p>\n<p>Processing from the Bharatheeya Computer Saksharatha<\/p>\n<p>Mission as evidenced by Ext.P5 and it must be treated as<\/p>\n<p>equivalent qualification.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.    Learned Standing Counsel for the PSC submits that<\/p>\n<p>13 institutions were enumerated by the PSC             in a<\/p>\n<p>subsequent clarification issued by the Commission on<\/p>\n<p>30.7.2007 and the institution which has issued Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>certificate is not one of them. This submission is correct.<\/p>\n<p>3.    In the result, I do not find any error in the stand<\/p>\n<p>taken by the PSC to the effect that the petitioner is not<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C).3703\/2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>qualified in terms of the notification.
