Thereafter. th\u00e9_reshondeht filed Execution<br \/>\nPetition No.\u00e9\u00a7\/\u00e9\ufb01hg and \u00e9i\u00e9p riied an I.A. to attach<br \/>\nthe amount to the \u00e9itegg mentioned in the execution<br \/>\npetition out of Re:iGi\u00a20\u00a7?CO iying in deposit in the<\/p>\n<p>Court of the Cifil Judge lsr. Dn.}, Nanjangud.<\/p>\n<p>iA&lt;$he irialkcourt under the impugned Order, after<\/p>\n<p>iasuing inotioedfto the petitioner has allowed the<\/p>\n<p>hdsaid I.A. &#039;and attached the amount to the extent<\/p>\n<p>&#039;&quot;:fClaimed in the execution petition.
