The balance 70%<br \/>\n(seventy) of the amount shall be invested in F.D.R. with a<br \/>\nnationalized Bank on long term basis and the same shall be renewed<br \/>\nfrom time to time, without any further orders in that regard from<br \/>\nthis Court. The quarterly interest accruing on such deposit shall be<br \/>\npaid to the original claimants on<br \/>\nregular basis. Orders regarding disbursement shall be passed at the<br \/>\ntime of final disposal of the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observation and direction, the application stands disposed<br \/>\nof.
