PRASAD\n                                         ------\n                   For the Appellants:   Mr. Pradeep Kumar Deomani (Amicus curiae)\n                   For the Respondent:   A.P.P.\n                                         -----\n13 \/28.03.2011<\/pre>\n<p>            The death of 20 year old wife is alleged within 4 years of the marriage.<br \/>\n             According to the post mortem report death has taken place by throttling with hands,<br \/>\n             inside the house of the in-laws. The husband as well as the father-in-law and mother-<br \/>\n             in-law are alleged to have been present, and because murder has taken place around<br \/>\n             mid-night, therefore, likelihood is also that these two people would have been present.<br \/>\n             The defence is of total denial. There is allegation of torture for dowry shortly before<br \/>\n             death by all the three accused.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Considering all these circumstances, it is not a fit case for grant of bail<br \/>\n             during the pendency of the appeal. However, paper books may be got prepared by<br \/>\n             the office and the appeal will be listed for hearing after the paper books are ready.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                     (Sushil Harkauli, J.)<\/p>\n<p>                                                                      (R.R.
