No. 3833 of 2007\n                 ==========================\n                  Dated this the 12th day of March, 2008.\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioners, who are accused Nos. 2 to 7 in crime No. 126 of<\/p>\n<p>2005 of Chavakkad Police Station registered for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Sections 143, 147, 148, 342, 365, 368, 323, 324 and 120(b)<\/p>\n<p>r\/w Section 149 IPC, seek to quash Annexure A1 FIR and subsequent<\/p>\n<p>proceedings.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that<\/p>\n<p>the case is at the final stage of the investigation and the police will be<\/p>\n<p>filing the final report shortly.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3. It is too early to conclude that the allegations in the FIR do<\/p>\n<p>not make out the offences alleged. The petitioner can feel aggrieved<\/p>\n<p>only if they are charge sheeted by the police for any of the offences<\/p>\n<p>without any basis. Hence, in case the petitioners are charge sheeted<\/p>\n<p>by the police and the allegation in the final report do not make out any<\/p>\n<p>of the offences, the petitioners may approach the concerned forum for<\/p>\n<p>appropriate reliefs. Reserving this right of the petitioner and recording<\/p>\n<p>the submission made by the Public Prosecutor that the final report will<\/p>\n<p>be filed shortly, this Crl.M.C is closed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                           V.
