Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :28\/09\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                   ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n            = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n             W.P.(C) No. 28581 OF 2007 C\n            = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n          Dated this the 28th September, 2007\n\n                    J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>    The challenge in this writ petition is against the<\/p>\n<p>sale of the mortgaged property following the default<\/p>\n<p>committed by the petitioner.    It is, today, submitted<\/p>\n<p>by Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent that sale has<\/p>\n<p>been conducted and that the same has been confirmed in<\/p>\n<p>favour of the purchaser who has also remitted one third<\/p>\n<p>of the sale value.  In view of this, the prayer of the<\/p>\n<p>writ petitioner for allowing him to pay the defaulted<\/p>\n<p>amount has no substance.
