SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                ------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C)No.16102 OF 2007\n              ----------------------------------------\n              Dated this the 27th day of August, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings under the<\/p>\n<p>Kerala Land Conservancy Act to evict the petitioner from certain<\/p>\n<p>properties in her possession, on the ground that the same is<\/p>\n<p>Government land. At the time of admission, I had made it clear<\/p>\n<p>that further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P4 shall only be after<\/p>\n<p>measuring the property with notice to the petitioner.           In<\/p>\n<p>paragraph 7 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent, it is stated thus:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>          &#8220;Further, as per the interim direction of this<br \/>\n     Honourable Court, the Additional Tahsildar issued fresh<br \/>\n     notice to the petitioner for measuring the property under<br \/>\n     the supervision of the District Survey Superintendent,<br \/>\n     Ernakulam on 7-6-2007 and any further proceedings<br \/>\n     pursuant to Ext.P4 will be taken only after the fresh<br \/>\n     measurement&#8221;.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In view of the same, I do not think that any further orders are<\/p>\n<p>necessary in this writ petition except to direct the 4th respondent<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c)No.16102\/08                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>to pass a fresh reasoned order, after hearing the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>also, after the measurement. Ordered accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                      S.
