II\n                                       --------\n3\/8.1.2010<\/pre>\n<p>         Heard.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Mr. Waris, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner,<br \/>\n             submitted that case of petitioner is fully covered by the Full Bench<br \/>\n             Judgment, reported in 2005(3) JLJR 38-Ram Prasad Singh and<br \/>\n             analogous cases, affirmed by the Supreme Court. He further<br \/>\n             submitted that similarly situated persons in Drinking Water &amp;<br \/>\n             Sanitation Department has been given similar benefits in terms of the<br \/>\n             Full Bench Judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   Counsel for the State submitted that it is to be verified whether<br \/>\n             petitioner&#8217;s case is fully covered or not.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   In the circumstances, petitioner is permitted to make a<br \/>\n             representation   before    the   Engineer-in-Chief,   Road   Construction<br \/>\n             Department, Jharkhand, Ranchi( Respondent no. 4). If he finds that<br \/>\n             petitioner&#8217;s case is fully covered by the case of Ram Prasad Singh<br \/>\n           ( supra), he will pass orders for regularization of service      of the<br \/>\n          petitioner. However, if he finds that petitioner&#8217;s case is not fully<br \/>\n          covered by the said judgment, he will communicate the reasons<br \/>\n          thereof to the petitioner. This exercise should be completed within<br \/>\n          six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.\n<\/p>\n<p>               With these observations and directions, this writ petition is<br \/>\n          disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                    ( R.
