This petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the<\/p>\n<p>Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ directing the<\/p>\n<p>respondents to transfer the petitioners back to their places of posting.<\/p>\n<p>2.        Learned counsel for the respondents has filed reply by way of<\/p>\n<p>short affidavit of Sh. Sohan Lal, Director of Public Instructions (Colleges),<\/p>\n<p>Punjab, wherein it has been said that the petitioners have been transferred<\/p>\n<p>back to the places where-from they had been transferred. The matter has<\/p>\n<p>been rendered infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.
