The plot owned and occupied by various persons<br \/>\nhaving no inter se relationship and apprehension has poised that such<br \/>\nresizing and reconstituting of plot will lead to ground of<br \/>\nconsternation of existing plot holders.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nLearned advocate appearing for the petitioner fairly admit that draft<br \/>\nscheme is not so far sanctioned.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThis<br \/>\nCourt is of the view that Court may not interfere with the process.<br \/>\nHowever, the petitioners are at liberty to make out their case before<br \/>\nthe State including Sate Authorities, so as to pursue authorities<br \/>\nthat reconstituting of the plot, leading to consternation to existing<br \/>\nplot holders.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tWith<br \/>\nthese observations, petition is disposed of.
