No.4024 of 2011\n                             SIMMI KHATOON, WIFE OF RANJEET SAH\n                                                Versus\n                                     THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02        23.03.2011             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                       as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since<\/p>\n<p>                       14.11.2010 in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                       No. 436 of 2010 initially registered under Sections 457 and<\/p>\n<p>                       380 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, Section 411<\/p>\n<p>                       of the Indian Penal Code was added.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     It appears from perusal of record that some<\/p>\n<p>                       unknown criminals committed theft in the house of the<\/p>\n<p>                       informant and in course of investigation, some stolen<\/p>\n<p>                       ornaments were recovered from the house of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>                       The aforesaid seized ornaments were identified by the<\/p>\n<p>                       informant in Test Identification Parade.<\/p>\n<p>                                     Taking into consideration the above stated facts<\/p>\n<p>                       and circumstances as well as period of detention of the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                       on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                       two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                       Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat<\/p>\n<p>                       (Madhubani) P.S.
