Respondents\n\nPrayer: This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus, to uninstall the new electricity poles placed in the petitioner's property new No.55\/50,Majith Street, Hidhayathur Village, Keezhpatti, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District and to install it in any available alternative path clearing the encumbrance in the property.\n\n\t\tFor Petitioner\t \t : M\/s.D.O.Kaviyananthan\n\t\tFor Respondents    \t : Mr.P.Srinivas\n\n\n\n                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tHeard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel  appearing for the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the representation,  dated 30.12.2009, is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent, on merits, within a specified period.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, without going into the merits of case, the respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 30.12.2009, on merits and in accordance with law,  after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other persons concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish to the second respondent a copy of the representation, dated 30.12.2009, along with a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
