Heard the counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing<\/p>\n<p>                   on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 342,<\/p>\n<p>                   376,511,326,307,147,148,149 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                   Section 27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is alleged that named accused persons in the First<\/p>\n<p>                   Information Report surrounded the informant and wanted to rape her.<\/p>\n<p>                   She protested and it is further alleged that this petitioner is said to<\/p>\n<p>                   have fired hiting her on the left waist. The injury report supports the<\/p>\n<p>                   aforesaid allegation.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It has been submitted that the charge sheet has not been<\/p>\n<p>                   submitted for offence under Section 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code. The petitioner has remained in custody since 30.6.2007.<\/p>\n<p>                             The S.P. found that the case of rape is not true against this<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and two others.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Be that as it may, the petitioner Dhanna Pandit is directed to<\/p>\n<p>                   be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>                   Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                   of the A.D.J., F. T. C. IVth, Banka in connection with Belhar P.
