The 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent and the alleged detenue are present. They have<\/p>\n<p>produced before Court a certificate of marriage to confirm that<\/p>\n<p>marriage between them has been solemnised in accordance with<\/p>\n<p>the provisions of the Special Marriage Act on 08.09.09. We have<\/p>\n<p>perused the certificate. The certificate is issued by the Marriage<\/p>\n<p>Officer, Varkkala. All concerned accept that the marriage has<\/p>\n<p>already taken place. The learned counsel for the petitioner, in<\/p>\n<p>these circumstances, accepts that no further directions are<\/p>\n<p>necessary in this Writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    This Writ petition is, in these circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>dismissed.
