Petitioner is shown firing the<\/p>\n<p>                 shot    which    hit       the    informant.       Final    form    is<\/p>\n<p>                 submitted     exonerating          all     the    accused   persons<\/p>\n<p>                 including this petitioner, recommending filing<\/p>\n<p>                 of     case     for     false       prosecution          even     then<\/p>\n<p>                 cognizance is taken. If really there was firing<\/p>\n<p>                 that hit the thigh only.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Thus,       having      regard     to    the    facts    and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances         of    the     case,    in    the     event    of<\/p>\n<p>                 arrest or surrender within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                 date of communication of this order, the above<\/p>\n<p>                 named petitioner shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing       bail        bond     of     Rs.     10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each    to    the     satisfaction          of    Chief     Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura P.S.
