Adya Nand Ojha\n                         Both sons of Late Ram Prasad Ojha, resident of village -\n                         Dehura, P.S. - Asaon, District - Siwan.\n                                                                 --------- Petitioners.\n                                               Versus\n                   The State of Bihar                            ---Opposite Party\n                                               *****\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   21.09.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                       learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioners, apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                       connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 09\/2011, for<\/p>\n<p>                       the offences under Sections 418\/420\/423\/424 \/426\/465\/468<\/p>\n<p>                       of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                       Judicial Magistrate, Siwan.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Petitioners are named accused in this case<\/p>\n<p>                       instituted on the basis of complaint case no. 3031\/2010 with<\/p>\n<p>                       allegation of executing a sale deed for substantial<\/p>\n<p>                       consideration in favour of the complainant, a lady, who<\/p>\n<p>                       subsequently got information that the petitioner defrauded by<\/p>\n<p>                       stating that her mother got the land through deed of gift, but,<\/p>\n<p>                       there is nothing of the kind.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Submission is that in fact petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>                       cheating they had in fact              gone to execute a<\/p>\n<p>                       deed           of           entrustment          for     limited<br \/>\n            period in favour of husband of the complainant but, in place<\/p>\n<p>           thereof sale deed has been executed for that recently (about<\/p>\n<p>           four years).
