Justice R.BASANT\n\n Dated :04\/06\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                R.BASANT, J.\n\n                             ----------------------\n\n                          Crl.M.C.No.1155 of 2007\n\n                         ----------------------------------------\n\n                   Dated this the 4th   day of June 2007\n\n\n                                    O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Finally   when   the   petition   came   up   for   hearing,   what<\/p>\n<p>remains is only an innocuous prayer.   The proceedings initiated<\/p>\n<p>under   Section   107   Cr.P.C   has   already   come   to   an   end   and   no<\/p>\n<p>relief   is   claimed   in   respect   of   that.     So   far   as   the   criminal<\/p>\n<p>prosecution is concerned, the prayer was that the charge may be<\/p>\n<p>quashed but at the stage of hearing.  Now there is only a prayer<\/p>\n<p>that   there   may   be   an   early   and   expeditious   disposal   of   the<\/p>\n<p>criminal prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.    It is for the petitioner to move the learned Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>for an out of turn early disposal of the case.  If there be sufficient<\/p>\n<p>reason, certainly the learned Magistrate must take the case out<\/p>\n<p>of   turn   and   dispose   of   the  same.     Needless  to   say,   at   any  rate,<\/p>\n<p>expeditious   disposal   must   be   attempted   by   the   learned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate.  No further reliefs are claimed.<\/p>\n<p>       3.
