Is there any punitive\/penal\/disciplinary action taken   any public activity or interest or which<br \/>\n       against all those defaulting officers? Is there any     would cause unwarranted invasion of<br \/>\n       punitive\/penal\/disciplinary action taken against all    privacy of individual and exempted under<br \/>\n       those defaulting officer in submitting the assets and   sec 8(1)(j) of RTI Act. Therefore the PIO<br \/>\n       liabilities statement as on 31\/03\/2010 and also as on   expressed inability to provide the<br \/>\n       31\/03\/2010?                                             information\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     In Indian Bank, after due date for submission of<br \/>\n       such statutory\/ mandatory assets and liabilities<br \/>\n       statements by officers every year, is there any<br \/>\n       specific period prescribed, after lapse of which<br \/>\n       those defaulting officers&#8217; assets cannot be taken<br \/>\n       into account for Banking purposes and liabilities<br \/>\n       which are deemed to be frozen for further banking<br \/>\n       operations?\n<\/p>\n<p>5.     Whether Mr. A Shrinivasa Rao ., M.A.,                   The information relates to the Appellant<br \/>\n       Specialist(Hindi), SR. No. 310687 89, who is under      hence the appellant is aware of the same.<br \/>\n       transfer to CO\/ Guwahati of Indian Bank has<br \/>\n       submitted his assets and liabilities statement as on<br \/>\n       31\/03\/2010 and also as on 31\/03\/2010?\n<\/p>\n<p> Grounds for First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appellant wants complete information of his queries.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority:\n<\/p>\n<p>The FAA enclosed the information relating to number of officers in default of assets and liabilities<br \/>\nstatements and nature of action taken and disposed off the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appellant said that he did not receive complete information form appellate authority within<br \/>\nstipulated time period and he wants that his appeal be reviewed which was made to the FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. A. Shrinivasa Rao on video conference from NIC-Kanchipuram Studio;<br \/>\nRespondent Mr. T.
